Team Allocations Information
The Booster Club allocates funds to each York Suburban High School sports team for the purchase of sports specific items. These allocations are done at the beginning of each school year, providing that the funds are available. Allocations are made only to teams who have fulfilled their Team Allocation work obligations. Purchases using these funds must be requested by the coach using a Team Allocation Request Form, and approved by the Athletic Director, the Principal and the Booster Club President. To ensure that these team allocation funds are used to benefit current athletes, no more than $500 may be carried over from one school year to the next. A Team Allocation Carryover Form is to be used to request that funds be carried over. Any funds not used or requested to be carried over in a given school year will be returned to the Booster Club General Fund.
